Dyslexia in Wisconsin

Wisconsin is home to relatively few resources on dyslexia, but there is a very active Decoding Dyslexia group (see below), the Wisconsin Institute for Learning Disabilities/Dyslexia (WILDD)  and many good tutoring centers for parents to consider. But, in terms of legislative support for public schools, there is none, and there are relatively few independent schools with a focus on dyslexia and language learning disability for parents to consider.

Wisconsin Dyslexia Legislation

Some K-4 reading assessments are taking place and the state is running some pilots for improving and tracking reading efficiency but parents in Wisconsin have no legislation to support them on the dyslexia front.
